Was wondering. Ive only actually met Ron once or twice and I doubt hed even remember... but have known him for years, here. Ive always loved his posts, he nearly always says exactly what Im thinking, Ive given him innumerous reputation marks, I feel were compadres, even if he doesnt know it. Have only met Raven once or twice, too, and Im sure she doesnt know who I am but my heart is with both of them right now
Religion is an insult to human dignity. With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. ~ Steven Weinberg

Ron is a great guy, I hope hospice care makes him comfortable. I knew he had health issues that were making life difficult but, I didn't realize the severity.

    Raven just posted:
Ron peacefully left this life, this morning. We will be returning to Eureka Springs for a quiet service in a few days.

I'm so sorry to hear this news. I'm not on Facebook so I'm kind of out of the loop with so many people. Raven, I hope you see this......

My dear Raven...my thoughts and prayers are with you now. I'm so sorry about Ron. I truly liked him even though he could make me mad or just roll my eyes sometimes! He had a sharp mind and wit and has been missed on Geekfest for a while now. And OMG.....his pickles! Yum! R.I.P. Ron....you can rest now.

Farewell Ron, though we didn't always agree, I did consider you one of the good guys.
Raven, you have my heartfelt condolences.
