July is definitely not too late to start planting your vegetables. If you got off to a late start because of all the rain and hail we had, or if you had to start again, because your first garden was washed out. July is also a good month to put in a second (or third) sowing of certain crops, such as carrots, radishes, kale, and lettuce. It is also the perfect time to start planning for your Fall vegetable garden.
